Default Any crawfish predictions? . . .

With the amount of rain we are getting will the mudbugs be more numerous and less exoensive?

heard that the drought pushed them deeper in the dirt and may be less crawfish this year. warm weather may help along with the recent rains

We won't start having them on the buffet at Lauberge until mid March. We will have them for $30 to $35 all you can eat depending on market price. Most restaurants are selling them for $25 to $30 a platter thats on about a $5.99 a pound average cooked. Farmers say price won't come down any time soon due to drought and fuel prices.
