Still out and you have to get on top of it before the signs are evident.
Why can't DOT put signs closer to Cal Pernt so those folks pulling boats can start figuring out where they can turn around?

That is government protocol

The path looks goods, road looks good, no warning signs then BaaaaM. Bridge out

But you took the right way , looked for signs. And saw no danger
And that's how you get screwed by Government

Which bridge is closed.?

Ray.... your chart says that Grand Lake bridge in closed..... is that correct guys? Edited:::: The chart showes that this was posted June, 8, 2011. Expected completion by June 30.

Bayou Black [Between Calcasieu Point and Hebert's] is shown the be open on the chart.

Question..... did the bridge get hit by a barge.... again?

I've heard it was closed for general maintenance until March. Don't know if that is 100 percent true but that was what was told to me by my neighbors in deatonville. Definitely not hit by a barge again, because there were signs for a while before they closed it.
