Only once in my life have I layed a deer out on a table [in the kitchen] to cut up a deer. Weather was really nasty outside.... and I needed to get the job done.
That little "Hook" tool and a very sharp knife really got the job done. Also doing it his way, cuts some of the roast into pices. His skinnen was good too. By the time I get home with a deer it is many hours after the kill........ and the skin is much harder to remove compaired to a fresh killed deer. |

Wow, that dude is rambunktious with a knife but gets the job done. If I did that I would need a paramedic with a suture set on standby. (and a good tourniquet)When he does those cuts with the knife below his fist, it looks like he has 2 fingers on the blade.
