I would not waste my time with the river rising....once it starts falling it should be good for sacalait.

a little too high right now, most of the time by june or july the whole spillway will be real good. you can catch them right now, but it will be work, when its getting low, you will catch fish after fish, you will have to hide behind a tree to tie a bait on!
