Default Bass Hole...ing!

went to a different bass hole dis week! went over and fished belle river, man it was windy, cold, and dey weren't biting much! Caught a few throwbacks and Had 1 keeper, but my bass hole partner had the front of de boat caught 3 keepers. (blocked me from good fishing spots jk!.) I threw everythang but a frog colored hand grenade. I caught mine on a black and blue speed craw, and he caught his on a watermelon red lizard with a dipped yellow garlic tail. I quess they like that garlic flavored lizard right now. weighed in the fish for a club tournament and threw em back in to finish spawning. didn't take pics, cuz I threw the fish back in first! Now I'm gonna go to bass pro and buy some lizards and yellow garlic dip!

yeah went because last week they had there was a tourney, winning weight was 27lds, tried the brushhogs wasn't working, but I just found out, I was fishing the right area, just not the right way, I should of had a heavier weight and fished deeper by drop offs. this weekend conditions just really sucked, if it would have been 70 degrees and no front a little less wind, we would of hammered em! But today was typical challenging bad tournament conditions minus the rain like yesterday!

We fished Sunday. I'm pretty sure 5 of the 20+ pound stringers came from the Spillway for the Tucker Townsend tourney last Saturday.
