Default Arkansas Diamond Mine

Thinking about bringing the grandkids to the Diamond Mine in Arkansas
Anyone ever been, any advice welcome.

If it's the same place where u can go dig in the field, I've been to it on a trip to Hot Springs once and was disappointed. They have a ton of acreage where ur on ur own to go dig for diamonds. If they get bored quickly it can potentially be a nightmare. In my opinion.

Bring a ez up tent. Theres no shade, just a big plowed up field. Its hot as hell in the summer time. We didnt find anything, just dug in the dirt for a whille

diamonds are found at least every other to third day.
It's a lot nicer now that they have showers and hot water.

Yeah I wouldn't go expecting to find the Hope Diamond, but it is fun and interesting, and where else are you gonna do something like that? Lots to do up that way after you hunt for diamonds too



















personally, I sprinkle diamonds on everything I eat

We had more fun camping at Pette Jean State Park and Lake Oua****a. We stayed at Joplin State Park. The Indian Burial Grounds was an interesting place. We rented a party barge on Oua****a to fish and hunted crystals. The Diamond Mine suxed.
