Default Cocodrie this weekend

I was there last weekend and did pretty well in lake Robinson. Anyone been this past weekend? I will be going again this coming weekend and with this great weather it should be on fire! Will probably be staying a the RV campground at the Robinson Canal if we decide to bring the camper. Or may rent a room somewhere.

I used to stay at the Sandpiper Inn but it sucks now since they built a levee across the cut that took you to the bayou. It was easy to hit the Seabreeze area and Lake Barre from there this time of year. Anyone know of other routes?

Hey man lake Boudreaux is on fire Robinson still holding as well... Sandpiper is still
Good... You can still stay and go down the Lapa canal and there is a new cut that will bring
You to terebone canal... It's not
To far south where the old canal was...

I caught trout when I was there. Funny thing was we were trolling the bank for reds and the trolling motor stopped working so we just let ourselves drift with the wind across the lake and started slinging in the trout. Caught 32 keepers on one long drift. It was every other cast! Lots of throwbacks to though.

You talking about the little islands at the end of Bayou Terrebone?

Sounds like a good day were the reds biting any ? Was water decent in the lake ? Might have to make a trip and hit little spot in the bay where there is a point with a reef and fish in between the two normally catch a few trout. Is nice to know just drifting around you were able to catch some trout.

Not a single red caught. Water was beautiful. Had that dark clear color. We gonna probably stay atboudreaux's marina at the end of the road. Can't decide yet where to fish. The bays or lake Boudreaux/Robinson.
