Children under 18 yo cannot be named benificiaries, you must declare in writing for the benefit of a minor child. Normally this would be a close relative that you trust unconditionally or a parent.
The Supremes will rule ACA unconstitutional in June but there are triggers that get pulled even with repeal. Think of it as a computer virus that gets activated by opening a file. Check out hotair.com for info on the real cost of ACA, more like a trillion over 10 yrs.

That is what I was referring to, get a will and list and dependents in the will to be the heirs. Not an attorney but they cannot inheirent (sp) as minors.
