trim tabs do work, but only to a certain extent. I dont care to use them unless I am in 2+ft chop. it planes off fine, very little bow lift actually, but once up to speed she wants to start lifting and if the trim isnt down it gets out of hand. i tried to use my friends 21p prop today which is the same prop thats on the yamaha bulletin, but results were the same. my friend and my father in law have blazer 2020s and they ride much better. one powered with a 200 and the other with a 150. i know im not comparing apples to apples, but it rides like there's a "problem". i didnt think it was to much of a big deal until today when i tried the other prop it really ticked me off because i was expecting something different. Im lucky if i use my boat 10 times a year but when i do i use it for a couple days at the camp and we ride from montegut to timbalier island so i want to get this resolved before we start hitting the beach in the summer.
