What kind of license do you have to get to set nets south of I 10

ain't nothing finer than a louisisana pipeliner

If your talking about hoop nets I think it's a 25 dollar recreational hoop net license and you can only have 1 net. I'm not 100% on it though

It used to be anything south of I-10 to the intersection with Hwy 90 and south you had to use a commercial license, but it seems that it has changed. Looking at the pamphlet, all you need is a recreational license @Hoop Nets (limit 5) 7 $20

Recreational wire and hoop nets shall be used only in the geographical areas of the state designated as freshwater see page 13 of the fishing regulations click here.

Marshrat is correct. No geograpical limit on nets now. A commercial license allows you to fish more than 5 nets.

bruh you know you dont have time to run them nets!! Did you go to wally world and ask them if they sell the license their?? Or call LDWF???
