I make a my subs sign cleaning contracts, if I show up on the job after the day is over n it's a mess they have untill 7 am to clean it up or take a 200.00 cleaning fee out of their pay

I am sure he does somthing like that. However, he does not clean up til the job is done. I am just ready to get my back yard to normal. I actually miss cutting grass...

This is a great idea, I will be starting a new house soon and will have to write something like this up.
