Default Camp Site

Anyone know of a place i can rent ,to park my camper,around Big Lake ??? Doesn't have to be close to the water,but 10 or 15 Min. away.....

Look up big lake rv.....nothing special stayed there before make sure you are inside by dark the skeeters are BAD.

Natures trail right next to Browns grocery in Hackberry, spicer's, public launch, Dugas & Ellenders bridge all within 5 mins. Great owners! We stayed there for a year working. I'll post # in a few gotta find it.

I have a friend of mine from Houston that stays there when we go fishing. He loves it....only place he stays now. And a lot of his reasoning is it is far enough north where the mosquitos won't carry you off if you want to sit outside for the evening and it is a nice facility, security cameras, close to a nice selection of restaurants, etc....

There used to be a RV park at the jetties in Cameron. Never been camping there and I do not know if it ever reopened since the hurricanes. If it has though, it would be a short ride to the south end of the lake.

Intercostal state park is the ticket 11 dollars a night and it is right down the canal from turners bay
