The last electric knife I bought [~6 months ago] was a Hamilton Beach........ Don't think I will buy another.
This knife gets very hot while using it. If I have a limit of Trout and maybe a Red or 2..... I have to stop cleaning for a while to let it cool down. The handle gets so hot I can not hold the knife. Maybe I should have put some gloves on to try that. Anyone else have this problem?
