running at an average of 5K rpms (41-43mph) with a full load...3 men, fuel 44gal, 162 qt ice chest and gear I get a SOLID 4 miles per gallon with my 4 stroke 150 Yamaha. BTW, my boat has a dry weight of 1,700#...I think that is great fuel economy based on my comments. NO way a DI will get better...PERIOD...
