My friend Jerry said it depends on what you want to spend. They fished out of Los Suenos and caught lots of fish. He and his brother also did quite a bit of diving. They own a place their and fish off a friends boat. I didn't know that he owned a place there. Glad I asked him because he offered me to stay there whenever I want.
