Get the NOAA "barataria bay and approaches" chart. Then spend some time comparing to goggle earth to weed out the land that isn't there anymore (there's ALOT). The obstructions and reefs are accurate, and updated often, just the land mass sucks. Treat all the eroded are like sand bar.

Also the depths are from like the 50s. It's the best you are gonna get other than the laminated sat crap, IMO.
