Default Duce Rods research and development, quick limit on BL 5/15

Got a later than wanted start around 7:15. We headed north from heberts to see what the fuss was about with all the pilgrams. Well i see What everyone was talking about. When a group of birds would start working. Everyone around would start up and run WOT through everyones drift. I decided to head south. Got to my spot and noticed a huge group of birds working with three boats on it. As sign as we pull up it was on. Left there needing 6 to finish our 2 man limit. Mean while, 5 more boats showed up in the birds and no in was catching. Glad they didn't notice me busting them. Started back towards Herbert knowing we would hit some birds. We got on some 2 miles away and finished up the limit in 6 casts. Caught and released for 10 more minutes and landed around 15 specks. Got out the way for a few boats to come in. Made it back for 10:30. Sure was nice to get out and chase those specks.

Sure do. We are coming out with new rods all of the time. Got a few in the works right now. But anytime i go fishing its a R AND D trip. Its just another excuse to hit the water.
