Do the scales and guts get stuck in between the deckboards?

We just had one built like Brown Fin except not as long and sink was on the far right, cutting board screwed to the top on the left side. Just right of the cutting board, and back about 2' he cut a hole slightly larger than dia. of a 3/4" garden hose. Took about a 6' piece of hose and plumbed one end to water supply below table, and screwed a water nozzle to the other. Basically have a retractable hose for cleaning off the table/cutting board . Very handy having that right there, and cheap to do.

No they do not. I actually rip the rounded edges off with a table saw and suck 'em up tight to each other. You don't need to do that, if you suck them together real tight it's a non issue even with rounded edges still on. One thing with the composites is you don't have to worry about shrinkage.
