People have fished grand bayou (the weirs) in aluminum boats for years.
Sounds like you guys just want a little more room for your 24ft 60,000 dollar boat. Hurts to see that guy in a 5,000 rig out fish You and all your equipment. I remember when a trowlling Motor was s sculling paddle or a push pole..ya have fun now..
