Just seen that in your post where u said trailer does not have title, that would be a deal killer for me, every boat trailer ever made has a title unless homemade no matter what state it is purchased in. MV can not and will not reg. that trailer without a title even if he has Texas plates it does not matter that title will be needed. Good Luck
