The Roux (Cooking/BBQ/Recipes) What good is a cajun site without a cooking and recipe forum?

Cheers Cilantro/lime TUNA

Figured I would add this recipe for you guys to try!

1) Take olive oil and coat the steaks liberally on both sides
2) Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
3) I use Cayenne Pepper to taste(remember a little goes a long ways)
4) I then chop up enough Cilantro to coat the top of the steaks it can be rough chopped or minced however you would like!
5)Let sit in the fridge for 1hr prior to cooking
6) Place on grill and cook to RARE(i am no way responsible for over cooked tuna if cooked past RARE! HA!)
7) When you remove from the grill squeeze LIME JUICE all over the tuna steak
8) Cold Beer and Enjoy!
