I prefer the gulp shrimp over swimming mullet. The croakers are so bad they eat the tails off the swimming mullets just about every cast and them things are too expensive to go through that many. The shrimp are a little tougher but they still bite them in half too. Just hang on the drop off and you'll catch flounders.

Swimming mullet twists your line up too, especially braid.

I am gonna have to switch over, those dang croakers do like some gulp mullet tails
