Chops in Broussard has the best I have had, they are always fresh and hot, Don's and Best Stop are awesome too, but found that Chops are always good, Dons and BS sometimes you get a bad batch

Never had Billeauds will try them

Poche's They don't have any meat on them

Ate some smoked boudin today in Gillis and it is my new favorite boudin place

yep and they will give you the bubble guts...lol I liked the dry cracklins better ....

curbapeal on here drives out of his way for cracklins...probably has a bag in his truck right now...

Billy's in Krotz Springs then the Best Stop. The worst has to be Rays on Hwy 182 in Opelousas. Don't waste your money on them.
