The guide who had the Lady in boat said if he ever sees a turtle and if he is catching 5lb trout he is leaving. That's how bad of a deal it was , not local but federal wardens ! He told us if you see a turtle run! Because you don't want to even be close to one to maybe have someone see you close to one!


And if a turtle watcher girl can shut down a multi million dollar project because she saw a sea turtle with in 25 miles of platform .... They take it for real

Is that what you did with that loon Same thing 'W', they are all federally protected. You did the EXACT same thing to a federally protected animal, and even took video of it. Were you ever worried? You shouldn't be, because you did the right thing, no big deal.

I am not sure, but I would bet whale sharks are protected from harassment but if I run across one in the gulf I am jumping in and swimming with it
