What does customer service have to do with what call to buy? Keep seeing this come up

I have had the same $20 Haydel's duck call since high school

well when you pay $200 plus dollars for a call, and the guts don't hold up for a whole season. You call them and they say nothing we can do about that, but you can purchase another call and we will ship it to you. Yeah i think customer service does play a part.
