Default VBay trip

Went out to Vermillion bay yesterday 8/15 to try to catch some fish. Got live bait at the wier then headed out to the tiger shoals area and rig hopped. Water was looking good but only caught one speck. Headed back in the the mouth of the pass and picked up 12 specks under the birds, which were everywhere. After the specks stopped biting we fished at some reefs inside the pass (not sure of the name) and caught 4 nice reds and a couple rat reds and black drum. All in all it was a great time on the water and finally got some good weather out there.
