Looks like the old "Creme" brand worms. Think there was a local company that also made one similar, maybe cajun something. My grandpa owned a baitshop and i worked there as a kid, sold hundreds of those worms. (Tequila sunrise, motor-oil, red shad, etc...)those worms and bettlespins caught more bass than any other baits.
