What if its a rent house, that's not my house or apartment? ..... rent house faces north but house I am building will face east

My crib faces north. So I get to see all the fronts coming in lol. And! Hopefully issac passes to the east and we get north winds and it blows my neighbors rotten azz tree on her house before a strong south puts it on mines. I done had my fix with neighbors trees on my house. I'm done with that!
