FAILED at fishing

Sounds like its time to save up some change and find you a yak so you can get off the bank..... lots of guys on here yakin that you could go with

I was thinking about it but I can't SWIM! plus I have a car. Should have bought me a truck instead of a car when I gotten back from Afghanistan : (

They have roof racks for cars or they sell pads to put on roof to haul a yak and just wear you a good lifejacket. and get a good stable yak..... you would be really surprised with your options and places you could go

dang that is crazy looking!
Round 2 - Started off at Mermentau river bank @ 0730 fishing catch 2 hard head catfish : ( and one crab only fished about 1 hr nothing was biting.
Also fished Joseph Harbor for an hour not even a bite but I did see a alligator.

Then went to Price lake rd @ 830 to crab and fish had about 6 Dozen nice size crab and CAUGHT a baby Black DRUM, and I mean baby! : )



1st time every using a cast net for shrimp only casted for about 15 min and had a nice catch of shrimp.


Bait was use for fishing was dead shrimp, live shrimp, and mullet>

2 Days now and NO KEEPER FISH YET.
