Is Mims Road the road that runs along side of the Calcasieu river in Westlake. And is the bridge located just south of the WestLake boat launch at the little park?

Mims rd is the rd to the salt water barrier. The bridge repairs are to the bridge just south of the park in the bend of the river. Grotts is/was on the west side of the bridge.
