Default Lafitte - Post Issac

Here's a few pics from around Seaway Marina in Lafitte. There's still a lot of water from Goose Bayou on south.

Right now, you can't drive past Goose Bayou. We had to get to Seaway by boat.

Yeah, that's what I figured. I was thinking about launching at the public launch in lafitte but didn't know if I could or not. Would you happen to know if they are allowing boats to launch there?

You can launch there, but the water is still up. Most trucks' tail pipes were under water. Parking is also an issue as there's not much dry land around Rosethorn.

Ok thanks. My truck is a little taller than most, but I guess I may just have to wait till next weekend.

I may go to des allemands and launch. Just lookin for a couple reds but I figured the fishing maybe a little screwed up.
