They were great, have dealt with them before and they were fine. It wasn't a big deal, I wasn't going to buy one right then anyways, it just surprised me is all. My other dealings with the place were good though, I bought a chainsaw from them last month and got another one serviced from them and good experiences.

some dealers can not sell motors alone, they can "repower" your boat but they can't sell you just a motor, you can buy a boat package

They sell motors there, but the lady could not give me a price that is what I don't understand. She said I would have to wait on the owner who was talking with someone else. Even went as far as to say someone asked her that question before and it was someone 'undercover' trying to get her I am serious Sounds a lot like the mattress police coming to get you for taking off the 'do not remove' tag on a mattress. The motor was a Tohatsu, so maybe its just a Tohatsu thing I don't know and the more I think about it the more confused I get. So if anyone goes in there for any reason, ask the lady behind the counter the price of a motor and just see what she says. They were great with everything else

I bet she was thinking about the Honda line they carry but can only sell as a package on new boats. Hotsu can be sold out the box.

probably just dumb like that, probably didn't know, like asking someone at academy a question about something they have behind the counter
