Taking bids on new A/C and spray foam insulation

I just read this to my neighbor who owns an AC company and he said that's a good price.

On our way to grand isle last weekend he quoted someone over the phone 4,000 for a 3 ton 13 seer. The most basic you could get.

That was with the existing duct work
