I think there may be some confusion. These are not aerial shots taken daily, this is a shot from 2009 right?

When you move your cursor to the point you are interested in the lat'long shows up on the screen, you can also go to 'add placemark' and add a point and the lat/long shows. You can go into the settings and use whatever particular coordinate system you want also. Bing Maps works the same way
