Empty it will fly with a 15 but any load at all bogs mine down. I would try 13 and 14p yamaha. I ran the 14p yamaha on mine with a shrimping load( 2 cast nets 3 batteries, icechest, trolling motor, 6 gal of fuel 2 shrimp baskets and it ran pretty good. Lake Chuck Duck was with me he can vouch. Prolly doing upper 30's
