Just got back from Toledo, lots of big ducks and seen about 100 teal one afternoon on the lake. We were fishing this spot when a flock of about 12 mallards tried to light in the middle.

Pop the breast off and brown them. Makes a very good gravy. Or fillet meat off and fry to make poule deau nuggets. If you eat gizzards they got a big one

You go through Creole on your way to Oak Grove or down 82?

I go down 82. Only takes me an hour and 15 minutes to get there from my house that way

We always stop at Kanics in Creole after the hunt is why I was asking. Thought maybe I'd see you there.
