well i hate threads with no ending so here goes...
My insurance would cover it but they need to see the knifed tires first. Since i only had two knifed and a 500 dollar deductable, i may not process my claim. 4 new ones were 1080 and the insurance pays a depreciated value on tires that aren't brand new. As far as the business being liable, I almost hate to open that can of worms.
