try hitting CTRL ALT DELETE at the same time to bring up your task manager...then end all tasks in the applications screen....if that works immediately update your anti virus and do a full scan.....also download "malwarebytes" and run it...or try to boot in safe mode and run your anti virus

Tried it .. Won't work. Can't even go into safe mode

Ha. I just got the same thing on my home computer. Was it as easy to remove as you tube says?
