Default garfish on the grill Round 1

Well my first attempt at garfish was making patties and i was very disappointed. The meat was practically like chicken. It was not flaky at all. So having alot more left over i decided to try it on the grill just to get it out the freezer. I have no idea what im doing so just, seasoned it with tonys and lemon pepper like i would redfish , hopin for the best.....

how did you make your patties? you're supposed to grind the garfish meat up and mix with potato's and other stuff....it should not have been like chicken if it was ground up.....
