They usually let you go within 10mph over the limit, unless you are in town or in a school zone. They set their radar at 10 mph over the limit at 55 mph and below that they set it at 5 mph over the limit.
I have a call in to the D.A.'s office, waiting for her to call back. Edit: She is not in the office today. I will have call back tomorrow.
