Default Orange seal ceramics????? Oil or not to oil???

I know you can use the ceramics dry but I heard the use of a light lube will reduce the noise they produce....

Any suggestions????

You have to use a certain type of oil on them. If you use regular reel oil like quantum hot sauce it will gum up on you because of the ceramic. I think there is some stuff out there called rocket fuel that is made for them but I'm not 100% on that.

Dont get the orange seals. Go with the stainless.
1. Soak bearing or blow it out with carb cleaner if you know how to remove the stainless sheilds

2 place bearing on towel and let it dry for about 10 minutes

3 put a small drop of thin oil in bearing
(i use royal purple) rem oil is good also

4 spin bearing and install
