Whats your New Years Resolution

My grandfather just passed away and at his funeral I could not believe the long long list of accomplishments were read that I had I idea about , basically he jumped at the chance to help people where ever he could , not just when it was convenient. So there are 2 things I'm doing as a New Years resolution
1) help people in need any chance I can , try to see where I can do with out so someone else can do with
2) take better care of myself as far as healthy eating and exercise
