How do you turn without rubbing? Or hit bumps?

It won't roll or turn in the picture , I was putting a lift kit on it. I took the shocks off and let the jacks down and it sat on the tires . I just thought it looked cool so I took a pic.

I figured there was no way this was legit lol, does look kinda cool though.
