Yes - the speed limit "50* sign places on the side of the road before passing Catholic Church on right side. ( go down on way to west). There are two speed limit *50* signs between about two miles range each sides of the road. You could notice the sign clearly.

Well not sure what the issue is then...... Seems to me that someone just happen to get caught speeding......
