Portable dishwasher, heating pads under trailer ( no frozen lines and keeps floor warm),Full-sized portable air (garage area), ice-maker, double-paned glass windows, room darkener shades, corian cabinet tops and sink, 32" LCD TV, slide awnings, slide support stands, motorized awning, Onan Marquis Gold 5500 generator with 25 gallon tank, extra 25 gallon fuel tank (fill toys or generator), cabinets in garage, convection microwave, built in vacuum, warranty on trailer through Dec 2012, has new trailer cover which is installed now.
