10 foot and falling at butte la rose is a good starting point. I went to henderson sunday for a few hours after hunting....the pits north of the interstate had decent water clarity. Caught 3 bass and about 10 huge choo choo piqs on a black n red pit boss,they ugly but fun to catch.

I've had great catches of sacs in the northern area of the Butte Larose canal in early spring when Henderson was still muddy. Water seems to clear first when river is falling.
