I have galaxy s3 and I love it. Big screen... very fast.... and much lighter than my old evo 4g

I upgraded to the S3 about two months ago and love it.
It is a little big at first but after about a week I got used to it.

Now when I use my wife's I-phone it seems like the screen is very small.

The operating system does take about a week to get used to but after you figure it out you will love it.

I have used I-phone, blackberry, and S3 in the last 2 years and highly recommend the S3.

Default Techno Geek?

If you are a Techie, get an android- it will allow you to do all kinds of off-the-wall stuff.
If you just want the latest & greatest easy to use smart phone, the iPhone 5 will be probably be more than you will ever need.

I rather my Samsung. I had the I4 and hands done Samsung is better than that. However, my 15 year old tells me that the I5 is the best on the market, so since I am 48 and she is 15, I would listen to her.

I have the S3..... best bang for the buck. I got mine from WAL-MART for $100, the week before when i was shopping the were $50 at Sams, I should have brought it then. I bought my case which is good quality for under $10 from Amazon, just as good as an otterbox maybe better.

Truth be told I went with S3 for 3 reasons.....

Bigger Screen
Customizable home screens
cheaper

The guy in the office across from has the IPhone5. When he doesn't have reception I dont either so thats a wash....

I like the iPhone 5 simply because my house is entirely MACed out. I have one iMac, one MacBook Pro, two iPhone and one iPad. Apple has me by the balls. Only bad thing is that I have AT&T and live in Lafayette. LTE is not offered in Lafayette so it sucks. If you have Verizon get the iPhone 5. If you have AT&T get the S3. Both phones are really cool and can do really cool thing. It really matters on what service provider you have.

Music and pictures can be synced between android phones and a computer wirelessly also. Use Google Music for the music and dropbox or sugarsync to sync your photos and documents.

I have iphone 5 and I think it is a little smaller than the galaxy. I like the iphone but everyone that has the galaxy likes them also. The apple operating system is a little easier to use. And I have always used apple products, the iphone makes sense to me. Both are good choices.

Here's one video comparing android to the iPhone. He gets a couple of things wrong about the iPhone, but overall it's a good comparison.

The guy that did that one has several others along the same line that are decent.
