fished 3-4 hours toledo today and we got a bite around 10 in 2.5-4ft of water...biggest was just shy of 4lbs (nothing to brag about but she was loaded with eggs). All in all it was a tough morning. Went back out this evening fishing the north bank of lowes creek hoping the water had warmed up to 60 but it maxed out at 58...started morning at 54.5 degrees. Fella fishing with me lives on the lake and said that before the front they were up in the 2 foot to bank range and lots of fish being caught. Although there was a 13+ pulled out yesterday. But hell...if you're fishing this time of year ...you're more than likely after that one bite.....I know i am As far as Rayburn....we are planning a trip in late march early april ....Powell Park.

Just a heads up for y'all. Bass Cat is having their owners invitational 4/4 & 4/5 & from what I hear a lot of places are booked up. If you're going around this time you might want to book a place early.
