Ok hypothetical question. You raise sheep in a barbed wire enclosure next to your house. Some crazy guy decides the sheep need to be free. You walk outside and see this guy cutting your fence down with wire cutters. What do you do?

Since it was me who was cutting the wire, I would say " Mr. W., I have heard that you have been abusing these sheep and I am turning them loose. If you persuade charges against me, I will report you to the Animal Sex Crime Unit."
