Actually, no. The lazy people won't even be very good at stealing. No work ethic, fat, and lazy.

The dangerous folks will be the ones with a pretty good work ethic but a moral compass that is a bit off. The ones who hold on for a bit and then justify evil with some mental gymnastics.
